Who We Are
Arc Digital was established in 2022 with one goal: to close the gap between what local businesses deserve online and what they were actually getting. We saw too many great businesses held back by outdated websites, invisible Google profiles, and social media that didn't do their work justice — and we knew exactly how to fix it.
We're a team of user experience designers, digital strategists, and data and analytics professionals. That combination is deliberate. Great design without strategic thinking is just decoration. Strategic thinking without great design is invisible. We bring both — and the result is digital work that doesn't just look good, it performs.
Everything we do is built around one question: will this help our client's business grow? If the answer isn't clearly yes, we don't do it.

Why We Started
We didn't start Arc Digital to serve enterprise clients with unlimited budgets. We started it because we kept seeing the same thing: a brilliant local business — a family restaurant, a trades company, a boutique — doing exceptional work and getting none of the credit online that they deserved.
The problem was never the quality of what they offered. It was that the digital tools to showcase that quality felt out of reach — too expensive, too technical, or too time-consuming to manage. We built Arc Digital to change that — to make premium digital solutions accessible to the businesses that need them most and benefit from them the most.
